STK MINING Electric and Hydraulic Shovel Undercarriages are designed to maximize mechanical properties. Both come in either a heat-treated high-grade alloy or austenitic manganese. In all of our large shovel undercarriage offerings you will find optimized internal structures that provide a continuously supported roll path to withstand crushing and fortified track lugs that combat stretch. We also use forged rollers that process a tighter grain structure and induction harden all wear surfaces. All of these innovative features combine guarantee maximum performance and longer wear life.
Our product range is compatible with a vast array of models from industry leaders such as P&H/KOMATSU, BUCYRUS ERIE/CAT, TEREX/O&K, KOMATSU/DEMAG, HITACHI, and LIEBHERR. Our offerings include high-strength manganese and alloy track shoes, robust alloy idlers and tumblers, and forged rollers among other essential components.

Roller
Upper rollers and Lower rollers also named Top Rollers, Bottom Rollers which support the weight of the shovel and spread weight effectively.
We offer one piece forged upper and lower rollers,which are instrumental in maintaining a smooth path for the track shoes, allowing them to move with ease and distribute the weight of the machine evenly across the track structure resulting in low ground pressure and excellent stability.
We also offer a full line of bronze bushings、pillow blocks and washers for rollers.
Track Shoe
STK MINING can offer complete undercarriage components for Electric Shovel and Hydraulic excavators which can 100% interchangeable with OEM.
We can offer track shoes in high grade standard alloy steel and manganese steel version. We have a crawler version for cold environments, which can be used in a working condition of -50 ℃.
We also offer direct replacement induction hardened pins and manganese steel bushings for track shoes.
We also can customize according to customer requirements.
4100XPCXXL
The STKMINING XXL Series Electric Rope Shovel Undercarriage utilize proven manufacturing processes coupled with customer driven design innovations to carry the immense weight of the P&H 4100XPC machine. The foundation of the XXL system design begins with utilizing the unused space between the roller and side frame to widen both the roller body and track shoe roll path. XXL Rollers are also treated with an enlarged thrust washer and optimized seal. We have redesigned the XXL Tumbler and Guide Rails to accommodate the wider roll path. The system is finished with our XXL Idler which has a 10% larger shaft, producing 15% more contact surface area for durability and weight dispersion. These innovations combine to considerably increase service life and value.
XXL Roller and Rear Idlers are forged to provide a tighter grain structure for better strength in all spectrums. The widened roller body and track shoe roll path provide an increased contact surface area between the two by approximately 20% promoting a more evenly dispersed load over a greater area.
XXL Track Shoe come in high grade austenitic manganese and feature an enhanced internal structure to withstand crushing as well as fortified drive lugs to combat stretch. We also offer an explosion hardened version for the most severe applications. This process preset the track shoes work hardened state, reducing the accelerated wear experience at the beginning of a manganese chain life cycle.
Tumbler and Idler
Scientific design and improvement enable our tumblers and idlers to be better involved throughout the service process.We optimize the tumblers to increase the surface area between the drive tumblers and the track shoe drive lugs, which improves stability.We optimize the tumblers to the contract surface area between drive tumbler and track shoe drive lug. We can provide a full range of tumblers and idlers matching parts to form an assembly.
